Visa status

Relocation problem
No visa status(right now) - because is the first time when I’m thinking about getting a job overseas. On to the other side , taking in consideration that we are at the end of 20th century , long distances and borders between countries are no longer a problem . Preferred country US or Canada - a specific place ? No claim in the beginning, so long I have the access to the informational system . Unfortunately, I'm not an US/Ca citizen and I don't have any work permit. But, I 'm ready to solve the problem - in case when this represents the only impediment to fill a position there. Anyway, to see how easy can be overfulfilled my status there, sure, with a strong collaboration from both sides, contact my lawyer(hardly specialized in this area):
